World Cup predictions:

1, As usual Spain will underachieve. They'll either fail to qualify from their group of Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Ukraine or they'll go out later.

2, Someone will throw a barney at their manager resulting in them being sent home.

3, Sepp Blatter or someone else will have a knee jerk reaction to something resulting in referees clamping down.

4, Goalkeepers will be overprotected as usual over strikers when it comes to challenging for the ball when it's there to be won.

5, Italy will get a one-nil win.

6, Referees still won't do much about players trying to get other players booked.

1, Spain underachieved as usual despite being in the lead against an ageing French team. Christ that was funny.

2, This probably happened but I can't remember.

3, Well the refs have clambed down on almost everything, players breathing, players kicking the ball to teamates, players wanting water in the heat. Playing the sport in general is not safe with these idiot refs. The amount of nothing bookings in this tournament is disgraceful too.

4, The refs wasted no time mollycoddling the 'keepers.

5, They showed the Australia match on ITV, but it should probably have been on Crimewatch UK.

6, We saw it tonight. Thierry Henry, despite his side beating Spain, decided it would be a good idea to behave like a spoilt child instead of behaving like the great footballer we've come to love at Arsenal.
