Because when we get beat by far better teams they start slagging off the team...
Come to terms with the fact that we're shitter then Brazil and Argentina and be happy if we reach the quarters and be ecstatic if we reach the semis...

I don't think you're "shitter" as you put it than Brazil or Argentina if you're not up to their standard, they're both great sides as you'll know, Dan. But at least we're better than Spain - that lot always underachieve. Expect more of the same from them this time around. Also we should make a note of when Mark Lawrenson or someone like that says "Could be Spain's year" and then post a thread immediately after Spain's exit mocking that unlucky "expert" of the sport.

We are also not better than Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Germany, Portugal, France......
We might just be better than Sweden, but I'm not sure it's a close call...
We have a great defence and midfield, but our strike force (without Rooney) is unbelievably shite.
