Little Miss Reality and the practise roomsjust got this emailed to me... anyone?

Recently large space has become available next door to the shop and above the shop , which would be ideal for bands to practice in. I have had several people look at the property, who have been amazed with the space and have stated how good it would be for bands. You can also store equipment, and we will supply the sound system.
Unfortunately my downfall is i do not have sufficient funds to run these rooms, and i wondering if you could help us or put me in touch with either someone who is interested in in a joint business partnership, or able to help me get the funds required to run these practice rooms?

I've had close dealings with everyone at Reality Records. We've done gigs for them and other promo stuff. In return they've offered us all kinds of help including use of the rehearsal space mentioned above. They're honest, genuine folk who are dead interested in helping DJ's and musicians in any way they can. They get my thumbs up!

Aye, I got that email. I recall a few members of the collective looking into that practice space a year or so ago, before Catalyst opened. I'm not entirely sure why things fell through, perhaps they could shed some light on it.
