Le Zukanican Nouveau Est Arrivé !The new album from Zukanican is now available. Not likely to be on Pirate Bay for at least another 3 years, your only chance is to exchange hard cash for a copy of Horse Republic.Eight tracks spread across 54 minutes of Kif-recorded mystique, Horse Republic looks set to move Zukanican to the exalted ranks of playing the Barfly on a Tuesday night. Official release is on July 17 but it can be bought now from Pickled Egg Records at http://www.pickled-egg.co.uk/zukanican.htm The band will also have copies for you at forthcoming gigs. Some wrote about the album “…like noir jazz boiled down to pure steam and vaporous mystery”, but we know that it’s just a good listen.
