I am opening up some acoustically treated practice rooms in st helens town centre in April and just looking to see who would be interested in using the facilities.
I am aiming to run it not for profit so that local artists can practice somewhere decent and not pay an arm and a leg for it.
I'm unsure as to actual figures as yet as my business plan for it is currently with the chambers of commerce and the arts council. Provisionally my thoughts are that it will be about £10 for a 4 hour practice.
