Officers
Will stepped down as Vice Chairman, but continues as Web Person (need a better name for this role)
John Herriot voted in as new Vice Chairman
Messer voted in as Treasurer
Ant Fildes as press officer?
Need to sort bank details to reflect the above.
Gigs
Christmas gig at Rendezvous - 30th December
Emmet, Pandemic (guitar amp, and possibly drums), Quims (bass amp), Forgotten Angels (second guitar amp if they want one), James Veitch, Tom Twostix

As for Will's job title how about "Electronic Communications Officer"?

seems to be getting that way.
i dunno whether i like that title or not. it's better than Web Person. IT Officer maybe.
something that i didn't mention in the minutes (cos it hadn't happened yet) is that i slightly revamped the bits of the site that aren't the forum. still needs some stuff doing (most notably a page about what the collective is and things), but at least it's not got gig listings for August-October anymore. have a look
