| I'm going to take that comment with a pinch of salt, Danny, 'cos I like you. The fact is Malcolm Glazer has increased season tickets drastically since he took over, leading some fans to be so pissed off that they even formed their own new club: FC United of Manchester last year. Result of this new club: promotion to the North West Counties Football League Premier in their first year, they'll be playing St Helens Town next season. Rebelling against a greedy old parasite like that won them promotion and it makes me happy! Maybe they'll do a Wimbledon and work their way up through the leagues leading to a confrontation with Glazer in 2015 or something...oh wait, he won't be around then! |

Ticket prices went up last week and are still cheaper than a lot of other premiership clubs.
FC United was formed as soon as the Glazer's took over and couldn't have helped to have been promoted with thousands of fans at every game.
I agree that Glazer is a prize goon but it's still not funny that he had a stroke you fucking weapon.

It's my opinion, Danny. I respect your opinions. If it makes you feel any better, the Thoughpolice over at www.sthelens-connect.net have locked my thread on Glazer. That thread is an example of freedom of speech and that kind of thing doesn't always go down well over there.
I'm pretty sure many Man U fans feel the same way as I do, I loved it when they rioted last summer outside the ground.
Just because other Premiership clubs have higher ticket prices, it doesn't mean Man United's are cheap. Also, I found it vile that they, as the richest club in Britain, had a lottery handout the other week. |

I don't like the Daily Mail, I know that they write bigoted garbage seeing as I'm doing Journalism up at Ormskirk.
The people who "smash up" London on the 1st May are often the victim of media lies themselves. Think about it. These people don't often get a very fair report on tv and not in the Daily Mail or the other right-wing papers.
It was either last year or the year before that the BBC decided not to even report on the marches on Mayday. Just like they didn't report on the marches in March to coincide with the third anniversary of the start of the Iraq war.
